Over the next few days you'll notice a new look to the site. Rather than roll out all the changes to the site at once, we're going to do it gradually to catch any issues that might arise.

i can't get the search feature to work. also, an "all areas" option would be great in the search option

May 29, 2012 13:56:27 : Comment by: Dominic
Searching is not nearly as accurate as before--a search for 1973-75 Pontiac Grand Prix brought back all years of the model. Please consider restoring the menus detailed with makes/models as with the old system

I'm using Interne Explorer Browser and i can see the Categores but i can't use it. I went to my FireFox Browser I can't see the Categories at all.

May 29, 2012 15:00:45 : Comment by: Eddie
Finally got the Categories Search to show on the Firefox Browser but not on Internet Explorer. However, like Dominic said before the search tool is not nearly as good as the previous tool. PLEASE! Consider keeping the same simple format!

Congratulations, the ads look tremendous but I can't use the site!
Strength was in the national search and where are the great plains in there?

Oh Noooo. I cant believe it. Change the look< NOT the functionality !!! I got several email today from friends that said that we lost Jaxed "again". I check it very night and it is true. Now it is the same as all other craigslist searchers. It will no longer work for what we do. Why? I dont get Why? And dont say you can get around what we have done if you know "how" to type your search in. BS. Then why do it? Just leave the complete search boxes and options, thats why we use it. Change the look, not the functionality. I dont get it.

Where are the filters??!! I use this site cause I can narrow my searches by price, year etc....NOT NOW!!
Craiggers links don't work for me...am I doing something wrong?

May 30, 2012 09:37:22 : Comment by: Richard
Still not right. If you go to Craiglist - cities - Iowa - Ames and search for volvo 122s you get a hit, but your site does not show it

May 30, 2012 10:18:23 : Comment by: Pete
I like the new look. Works good. I put in the year, make, & model of a motorcycle and it gave me all listing.

May 30, 2012 12:04:27 : Comment by: Eric
the 3taps / Craiggers link doesn't work ... always takes me to the Craiggers home page - never to the listing - Any suggestions?

May 30, 2012 20:13:06 : Comment by: Tom
Sorry but you screwed it up. Simply will not be back.

May 30, 2012 21:51:40 : Comment by: Jim
I'm not seeing an obvious link to the mash at all now.... everytime I suggest people use this site to search it gets changed.

May 30, 2012 22:06:31 : Comment by: Doug
Give me back the old search filters please!

May 31, 2012 01:33:58 : Comment by: Tony
Not a fan. I understand that the filters are still usable if you enter the right keywords, but I don't like losing the "model" dropdown, and I'm especially missing the "sort by" option.

Bring back the old search filters. The current one is nowhere near as effective.

Year searches no longer work 1908-1923, for example, returns all years. Same for 1965-1965, gives all years. Site no longer useful. Old site worked much better. Please fix or go back to old version.

if you click 1930s it comes up nothing found, can't choose multi years search like before, can't browse catagories, click car make and you get every year, really isn't an improvement at all, sometimes an improvement actually isn't, site is flashier looking, but near useless now for my searches.

Jun 09, 2012 02:24:18 : Comment by: ac
lol first craigslist search down.

next is the force down your throat website

if you need to write a "how to" for searching then you know you've screwed up.

simply change it back.

do you read these comments jaxed CEO?

use more search criteria filters. it's way too vague.

the craigslist search was a huge deal on your site for many.

and guess what there are many more sites that have mass craigslist search capability. so fuck craigslist.
